Overview
The XF-4324 dust Angle of repose meter is a professional testing instrument of the XIONGFA brand. It uses the injection-limited bottom surface method to determine the dust repose angle. The repose angle refers to the acute angle between the inclined surface of the dust accumulation and the bottom horizontal plane. When the bulk material is accumulated to form a cone, the bottom angle of the cone is Carr Angle of Repose. The instrument is designed and produced according to the national standard GB/T16913-2008 and is suitable for dust physical property testing.

Principle
The instrument injects enough dust from the funnel mouth to the horizontal tray to form a dust accumulation cone. The acute angle sandwiched between the dust accumulation inclined surface and the bottom horizontal plane is the dust resting angle. For dust with poor flowability, a stick needle can be used to agitate the dust to flow continuously.

Steps
1. Plug the funnel outlet with a plug rod, and take a certain amount of powder into the funnel
2. Pull out the stopper so that the powder flows out of the funnel orifice
3. For dust with poor flowability, it can be stirred with a stick needle to make the dust flow continuously to the material tray
4. After all the powder flows out, the swirl/spin protractor measures the acute angle between the dust cone bus and the horizontal plane on the tray
Notice
• Make sure the funnel outlet is clear before testing
• For dust with poor mobility, needles need to be used to assist in flow
• The instrument should be placed horizontally during measurement
• Clean all parts of the instrument in time after use
• Avoid dust residue in the instrument to affect the next Test accuracy
