Overview
The FRARIV D100 Angle of repose tester is a powder Angle of repose meter designed and produced according to the provisions of the National Standard GB/T 16913-2008 of the People's Republic of China. This device is suitable for the measurement of the Angle of repose of the powder using the injection-defined bottom surface method.
Features
1. The diameter of the funnel outlet is φ 5mm and the taper is 60º+/- 0.5º;
2. The size of the protractor is 7.5cm~ 10cm;
3. The distance between the bottom edge of the outflow port and the disk surface is 80mm +/- 2mm, and the diameter of the material disk is φ 80mm;
4. The injection-limited bottom surface method is used for measurement, which meets the requirements of national standards.
Principle
The instrument uses injection to define the bottom surface method to inject enough dust overflowing the tray from the funnel mouth into the horizontal tray, and then measures the acute angle between the inclined surface of the dust accumulation and the bottom level, that is, the dust resting angle.

Steps

Notice
• Ensure that the funnel outlet diameter is φ 5mm and the taper is 60º+/- 0.5º;
• Protractor size should be within the range of 7.5cm to 10cm;
• The distance between the bottom edge of the outflow port and the plate surface should be controlled at 80mm +/- 2mm, and the diameter of the material plate should be φ 80mm;
• When operating, the measurement should be carried out in strict accordance with the injection limiting bottom surface method.
