Overview
AISRY ASR-5636 Paper and Cardboard Smoothness tester is a smart testing instrument designed and developed according to the working principle of the international general Buick (Bekk) smoothing instrument, which is used to detect the smoothness of paper and Cardboard surfaces. The instrument is suitable for paper companies and printing companies.

Principle
The instrument is designed according to the working principle of the Buick (Bekk) smoother. The smoothness of the sample surface is characterized by the measurement of the time required for air to flow between the paper or Cardboard surface and the Glass anvil under standard vacuum conditions through a specific effective test area and test pressure.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample and place it on the test bench.
2. Start the instrument and select the corresponding measurement gear.
3. The instrument is automatically clamped and applied to the standard test pressure by the fully intelligent pneumatic system.
4. The system performs vacuum suction and measurement according to the set program.
5. After the test is completed, the LCD screen displays the smoothness results in real time.
6. Test data can be output through the built-in thermal printer.
Notice
• Please use in the specified working environment: temperature (20 +/- 10 ℃), humidity < 85%.
• Ensure that the test pressure is accurately maintained at 100 +/- 1KPa.
• Be careful to distinguish and use the correct system volume (large vacuum volume 380 +/- 1ml or small vacuum volume 38 +/- 1ml) for testing.
• According to the test time range, correctly select the corresponding measurement gear.
• Maintain the instrument regularly to ensure the normal operation of the pneumatic system and vacuum system.
