Overview
This machine is an AISRY brand ASR-5617A model three-axis key life testing machine, which is suitable for hitting life aging test of key switches, computer keyboards, conductive rubber keys, metal shrapnel keys (commonly known as pots) or the same type of keys. A professional programmer is used to control the whole process of key life test, which can conduct life test and conduction test at the same time. When the tested object appears always "on" or always "not on", the machine will stop running within 8 seconds.

Principle
The machine sets the test parameters through the programmable controller, drives the strike heads on the three test axes, and repeatedly strikes the tested keys with the set speed, force and stroke. During the test, the machine monitors the conduction status of the buttons at the same time. Once the abnormal situation of always on or always not on is detected, the control system will issue a command to stop the machine within 8 seconds to complete the evaluation of the key life and Reliability.

Steps
1. Install and fix the tested sample (e.g. key switch, keyboard, etc.) on the adjustable fixture of the machine.
2. According to the test requirements, set the test parameters through the programmer, including test speed, strike force, test head travel, etc.
3. Set the output voltage and current of the power supply device.
4. Start the machine and start the strike life test and conduction test of the buttons.
5. During the test, the machine automatically counts and monitors the button status.
6. When the test reaches the preset number of times or the button fails (always on/not on), the machine automatically stops.
7. Record the test results and remove the test sample from the fixture.

* Power supply voltage is AC220V and equipped with 5A power supply capacity.

When installing and fixing the tested sample, ensure that it is firmly secured to prevent displacement during testing.
During the operation of the machine, do not put your hands or foreign objects into the test area.
Regularly maintain and inspect equipment to ensure its normal operation.
* The weight of the equipment is about 60kg, and attention should be paid to safety when moving and installing.
In case of any abnormal situation, please stop the machine immediately for inspection.
