Principle
The testing machine is based on the standard test principle. The test plate with the adhesive sample is hung vertically on the test frame, and the weight of the specified weight is suspended at the lower end. The ability of the adhesive sample to resist pull-off is characterized by measuring the displacement of the sample after a certain period of time, or recording the time required for the sample to completely disengage.

Steps
1. Preparative samples: After removing the outer ring of the adhesive tape, cut samples with a width of 25mm and a length of about 100mm at a rate of about 300mm/min, with no less than three samples in each group.
2. Clean the test board: Repeatedly scrub the test board and loading board with cleaning agent and gauze three times to ensure that the working surface is not touched after cleaning.
3. Paste the sample: Under standard temperature and humidity conditions, paste the sample in the middle of the test plate and the loading plate, and use a standard pressure roller to reciprocate three times at a speed of about 300 mm/min.
4. Placement and installation: After pasting, the sample is placed under standard conditions for 20 minutes, and then the test plate is fixed vertically on the instrument, and the loading plate and weight are connected.
5. Start the test: Place the instrument horizontally, turn on the power supply, heating, and fan switch in turn, and clear the Timer. The instrument will automatically heat up to the set temperature and keep it constant.
6. Reading results: After reaching the specified time, remove the weight, use magnifying glass with indexing to measure the sliding displacement of the sample (accurate to 0.1mm), or record the sample peeling time.
Notice
• When preparing the sample, the outermost layer of the adhesive tape should be removed for 3 to 5 turns.
• After cleaning the test board, do not touch the working surface of the board with your hands or Miscellaneous objects.
• When rolling the sample with the press roller, only the force generated by the mass of the press roller can be used, and no additional force can be applied.
• After the sample is pasted, it needs to be placed under standard temperature and humidity conditions (23 ° C +/- 2 ° C, 65% +/- 5% RH) for a specified time.
• Before testing, make sure that the instrument is placed horizontally and turn on the function switches in sequence.
• The instrument is equipped with a safety protection device, but it is still necessary to pay attention to the safety of electricity and use the designated power supply (1 ° C, AC220V, 15A).
