Overview
XSP-2CA Biological Microscope is a teaching and scientific research instrument suitable for biology, bacteriology, histology, chemistry and other research and clinical trials. It adopts a liftable Abbe condenser, a planetary coaxial focusing device and a double-decked mechanical moving platform with a reading ruler, which is easy to operate and has a wide adjustment range.
Features
1. The use of a liftable Abbe condenser lens group will concentrate the light and adjust the range more widely.
2. Equipped with planetary coaxial coarse and fretting focusing device, the focusing is comfortable and stable and can be fine-tuned.
3. Double-decked mechanical moving platform with reading scale, with coaxial longitudinal and transverse adjustment handwheels to make operation easier.
4. Provide color difference elimination objective lens, the total magnification covers 40X to 1600X, to meet different observation needs.
Principle
The biological microscope uses the principle of Optical inspection amplification to amplify the imagery of tiny samples through the combination of objective lens and ocular lens. The ray of light is condensed to illuminate the sample through the condenser lens, and the ray of light passing through the sample is amplified for the first time by the objective lens to form an intermediate real image, which is further enlarged into a virtual image by the eyepiece for the observer to view. The coaxial focusing device is used to precisely adjust the distance between the objective lens and the sample to obtain a clear image.
Applications
Biological research, bacteriological research, histological research, chemical research, clinical trials, school teaching laboratories

Steps
1. Place the Microscope on a smooth table and turn on the power supply (if it is an Electric Illuminant model).
2. Place the specimen slide on the stage and secure it with a clipper.
3. swirl/spin objective converter, align the low power objective (such as 4X or 10X) with the through hole.
4. By coaxially coarsely adjusting the handwheel to lower the stage or raise the lens barrel, the objective lens is brought close to the specimen.
5. Observe through the eyepiece and slowly turn the coarse handwheel in reverse until you see a blurred image.
6. Use the fine-tuning handwheel to make fine adjustments until the image is clear.
7. If you need to use a high-power lens or an oil lens, you can switch the objective lens and use the fine-tuning handwheel to focus again.
8. During observation, different areas of the specimen can be scanned by moving the stage with coaxial longitudinal and transverse handwheels.
9. After the observation is completed, remove the specimen, turn the objective lens away from the light hole, turn off the power, and clean the equipment.
Notice
When moving the Microscope, you should hold the mirror arm and mirror seat with both hands to keep it stable and avoid violent vibration.
• Do not touch the surface of the Optical inspection lens (eyepiece, objective lens, condenser lens) directly with your hands to avoid contamination.
• After using the oil lens (100X), you must immediately wipe the cedar oil on the objective with special lens paper and detergent (such as Xylene).
When focusing, a low-magnification lens should be used first, and care should be taken to avoid the objective lens colliding with the specimen slide to prevent damage to the lens or specimen.
• Keep the stage clean and drying to avoid liquid contamination such as water and chemical Reagents.
• When not in use, a dust cover should be put on and stored in a drying, non-corrosive gas environment.
