Overview
HP-NPD1600Q paper Burst Tester is a basic instrument for paper strength performance detection. It adopts High Accuracy Sensor and high-speed processing chip design to ensure sampling Precision. Its performance parameters and technical indicators comply with relevant national standards and are suitable for Burst Strength tests in carton Encasement, paper industry and Quality control, commodity inspection and other departments. According to the clamping method, it is divided into manual type and pneumatic type.

Principle
The instrument is designed with High Accuracy Sensor and High-speed Processing Chip. By pneumatic clamping of the sample and automatic measurement, the maximum peak value is intelligently locked to achieve accurate measurement of paper Burst Strength.

Steps
1. Prepare the specimen and place it in the clamping device
2. Start the instrument and select the test parameters
3. The instrument automatically clamps the specimen and performs Burst Strength Test
4. Real-time display of test values, intelligently locking the maximum peak
5. Save the data after the test is completed, and optionally print the test report
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V 3A 50Hz before use
• The air source needs to be provided through the air pressure pump (the air pump needs to be self-equipped)
• Ensure that the sample is clamped correctly during testing, and the clamping force is not less than 430Kpa
• Regularly check whether the film resistance meets the requirements of 30 +/- 5kPa
The instrument should be placed on a stable working table to avoid vibration interference
• Follow relevant safety regulations when operating to avoid improper use
