Principle
The instrument is a mechatronics structure, designed with modern mechanical design concepts and microcomputer processing technology. Driven by a servo motor, the upper pressure plate is controlled to apply pressure to the sample at a set speed (such as the recommended test speed of 12.5 +/- 2.5mm/min), and the force value Sensor accurately measures the force value change during compression. The ARM processing chip collects and processes the data in real time, and finally obtains the strength test results.

Steps
1. Prepare corresponding accessories and samples according to the test items.
2. Turn on the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% 50HZ) and start the instrument.
3. Set test parameters through the touchscreen, such as test type, test speed, etc.
4. Place the specimen correctly in the center of the platen.
5. Start the test, and the instrument automatically completes the pressurization and data collection process.
6. After the test is completed, the instrument is automatically reset, and the screen displays and counts the test results.
7. You can choose to print out the test report.
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V +/- 10% 50HZ.
• Please prepare and place the sample correctly according to the standard requirements before testing.
• Recommended ring pressure test speed is 12.5 +/- 2.5mm/min, please refer to the corresponding standard settings for Miscellaneous test.
• When the instrument is running, do not place your hands or Miscellaneous items between the plates.
• Regularly check the parallelism of the platen to ensure that it meets the requirements (< (B/1000) mm, B is the width of the platen).
• The instrument has an overload protection function, but do not use it beyond the range (50~ 5000N).
• Keep the instrument clean and maintain it regularly.
