ZB-NPY1600 pneumatic paper bursting resistance instrument is a professional instrument for measuring paper/Cardboard bursting resistance under the ZHIBANG brand. The instrument is designed according to the working principle of the international common Mylon, adopts a pneumatic clamping system, is easy to operate, and is equipped with a large-screen color touch screen, which can realize automatic measurement, data statistics and printing.

Principle
The instrument is designed according to the international general principle of Mylon. It holds the sample by pneumatic means and applies pressure to the sample at a constant oil feeding speed until it breaks, so as to determine its bursting strength.

Steps
1. Connect the air source (the user provides his own Air Compressor, the pressure needs to be in the range of 0.3~ 0.5MPa).
2. Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% 50HZ).
3. Set parameters and start testing through the touchscreen operating system.
4. The instrument automatically completes clamping, pressurization, measurement, data statistics and printing.
Notice
• The user needs to configure the Air Compressor that meets the requirements (pressure 0.3~ 0.5MPa) as the air source.
• Power supply voltage meets the requirements of AC220V +/- 10% 50HZ before use.
• Please follow the instrument instructions when operating to ensure safety.
