Overview
ZBH-20 Corrugated Board Film thickness meter is a special instrument for accurate measurement of Corrugated Board Film thickness under the ZHIBANG brand. The instrument is suitable for film thickness determination of Corrugated Board and Miscellaneous sheet materials. It is an indispensable common equipment for enterprises and departments such as Cardboard, carton production, scientific research and commodity inspection.
Features
1. Measurement range, up to 0~ 20mm.
2. Measurement accuracy is high, resolution is 0.01mm.
3. The contact pressure is accurate at 20 +/- 0.5 kPa.
4. Contact surface diameter standard, 35.7 +/- 0.5mm.
5. High parallelism of measurement plane, 0.03mm.
6. Indication Error is small, +/- 0.0025mm/+/- 0.5%.
7. Compact structure, Dimension is 233 * 160 * 120mm, light weight, only 5.5kg.
Principle
The instrument uses a standard diameter measurement head to contact the surface of the Corrugated Board under a specified constant pressure, and converts the displacement of the measurement head into a Film thickness reading through a precision measurement mechanism, thereby achieving accurate measurement of the Corrugated Board Film thickness.
Applications
Corrugated Board manufacturing, carton manufacturing, R & D institutions, mass inspection departments
Standards
ISO 3034 "Corrugated Board - Film thickness determination", GB/T 6547 "Corrugated Board Film thickness determination"
Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable bench.
2. Turn on the instrument power or perform mechanical zeroing.
3. Place the sample of the tested Corrugated Board in the center of the measurement table.
4. Slowly lower the measurement head so that it is in full contact with the sample under standard pressure.
5. After the reading stabilizes, record the displayed Film thickness value.
6. Lift the measurement head, take out the sample, and the test is complete.
Notice
• Before use, make sure the instrument is placed on a stable, vibration-free table.
• During measurement, the measurement head should slowly and smoothly contact the sample to avoid Impact.
• Regularly clean the measurement head and measurement table to prevent dust or impurities from affecting the Measurement accuracy.
• Instruments should be avoided for use and storage in humid, dusty or corrosive environments.
• Do not use beyond the range to avoid damage to the instrument.
• When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to properly maintain and store the instrument.
