Overview
DS-100A color difference meter is a portable spectroscopic color difference meter under the DOHO brand. It adopts independent spectroscopic core technology and is a high-level product under the spectroscopic architecture. It not only ensures the accurate measurement of color difference Delta E, but also ensures the long-term Stability of absolute values of L, A, B, and can be measured at any time in line with international and national standards. The instrument has a built-in silicon photodiode array sensor and an imported whiteboard. Repeatability Delta E * ab can be controlled within 0.1, and color difference measurement and judgment can be quickly completed without connecting to a computer.

Principle
The DS-100A color difference meter adopts D/8 (diffuse illumination, 8 ° direction reception) illumination mode, which complies with relevant Optical inspection standards. Its core is a planar grating spectroscopic system. After the ray of light dispersion, the silicon photodiode array Sensor receives the Light spectrum information in the wavelength range of 400~ 700nm, and then calculates the color data of the sample. The innovative ETC real-time calibrating technology ensures that the Optical inspection system self-calibrates before each measurement, thus ensuring the long-term stability and accuracy of the measurement results.

Steps
1. Turn on and calibrate the instrument.
2. Use the stabilizer to locate and align the measurement diameter (φ 8mm) with the tested sample.
3. Trigger the measurement, and read the displayed Color data, color difference value or pass/fail result after about 1.5 seconds.
4. Single measurement or average Measurement mode can be selected.
The measurement data can be stored inside the instrument (500 master standards, 10,000 samples).
Notice
• Please use and store the instrument under the conditions specified in the operating environment (0~ 40 ℃, 0~ 85% RH, no condensation) and storage environment (-20~ 50 ℃, 0~ 85% RH, no condensation).
The altitude of the instrument should be less than 2000 meters.
• The USB of the instrument Interface is only used for charging, and does not support connecting to quality control software. Data transmission can be carried out through Bluetooth 5.0.
• Please properly maintain the imported standard whiteboard to avoid contamination, and wipe it clean if necessary.
• Make sure the positioning is stable during measurement to obtain reliable Repeatability data.
