Overview
ZB-HD Computer Measurement and Control Toilet Paper Film thickness instrument is a special instrument for measuring paper Film thickness, using High Accuracy Displacement Sensor, with laminated Film thickness, apparent density (pb) calculation function, with technical expertise, complete functions, reliable performance, easy operation, etc. It is a satisfactory test equipment for paper production, scientific research and product mass supervision and inspection industries and departments.
Features
High accuracy: High Accuracy Sensor with a resolution of 0.001mm.
2. Stability is good.
3. Easy to use and easy to operate: large-screen color touch screen display, friendly man-machine interface operation, fully automatic test completion, with test data statistical processing function, and micro-printer output.
4. Convenient Measurement: Input the number of specimens in the parameter setting, which can realize the calculation function of laminated Film thickness; insert quantitative, which can realize the calculation function of apparent density (pb).
Principle
The instrument uses the High Accuracy Displacement Sensor to measure the distance between the probe and the measurement surface at a set contact pressure to accurately determine the Film thickness of a single sheet of paper or laminated paper, and can calculate the apparent density (pb) based on the input quantitative data.
Applications
Paper production, scientific research, product mass supervision and inspection
Standards
ISO 12625-3:2005、GB/T 24328.2-2009
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power.
2. Set test parameters, such as the number of specimens or their quantification, through a large-screen color touchscreen.
3. Place the sample on the measurement surface.
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically completes the measurement.
5. View and process the test data, and output the results through the micro printer.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is placed smoothly before use.
• When operating, please follow the parameters set by the instrument, such as contact pressure (2.0 +/- 0.1kPa) and probe descent speed (2.0 +/- 0.2mm/s).
• Measurement accuracy is regularly calibrated.
• Keep the measurement surface clean to avoid affecting the measurement results.
• Do not use beyond the Measurement range (0~ 12mm).
• Be careful when moving or transporting instruments to avoid violent vibrations.
