Overview
The Defelsko SPGCS3-E surface profile measuring instrument is an advanced version of the SPG CS series, with a split structure and a measurement range of 0 to 1500 μm, suitable for the measurement of Textured Coatings surface roughness with a probe radius of 500 μm.

Principle
The instrument measures surface roughness profile through Sensor, Sensor radius of 500 μm, angle of 60 °, using split Probe design, combined with digital display and advanced data processing technology, to achieve High Accuracy measurement.

Steps
1. Turn on the device power supply
2. Use the navigation menu to select Measurement mode
3. Place the Probe on the surface to be tested
4. Read and record measurement data
5. Transfer data to external devices via USB, WiFi or Bluetooth
6. Use Positector software for data management
Notice
• Ensure equipment is properly calibrated before measurement
• Avoid use in extreme environment conditions to prevent affecting accuracy
• Regularly check for needle abrasion and replace if necessary
• Probe cleaned after use to prevent residues from affecting subsequent measurements
