Principle
The product is a Metering rod in the D-Bar (standard groove) specification. Its Working Principle is based on the groove transfer coating liquid. Under the same 1mm area, the transfer amount of Spreader liquid in the D-Bar is usually greater than bar. Coating Weight is affected by a variety of factors such as groove size, material diameter, surface preparation type and thickness, as well as Spreader conditions and Spreader liquid physical properties.
