Overview
OSP-04 L1000/φ 10 is a formed steel wire coating bar, which belongs to OSP series Metering rod products. This product is mainly used for printing Spreader of paper, film and other materials, and its Coating Weight, length and surface preparation can be customized according to requirements. Widely used in paint inks, paper printing Encasement, tape protective film and other industries.

Principle
The product is a D-Bar (standard groove) type Metering rod. Its Working Principle is based on the groove specification, and the transfer amount of Spreader liquid is usually related to the groove specification. For the same 1mm area, D-Bar is applied more than bar. Coating Weight is influenced by multiple factors such as groove specification, material diameter, surface preparation type and thickness, as well as Spreader conditions and Spreader liquid physical properties.
