Overview
The YONGLIDA QAG-1 leveling tester is a professional instrument for measuring the relative levelling of liquid coatings, with a film thickness range of 100 to 1000 microns. The instrument is made of stainless steel with a Dimension of 120 * 20 * 20mm and meets the requirements of ASTM D2801-1994 and JB/T3998-1999 standards.

Principle
The measuring instrument simulates different film thickness conditions by presetting grooves of different depths. When the liquid Coating flows in the grooves, the relative levelling performance of the Coating is evaluated by observing its levelling performance in grooves of different depths.

Steps
1. Prepare the liquid Coating sample to be tested
2. Coating Spreader evenly in the groove of the meter
3. Observe the levelling of Coatings in different depth grooves
4. Record levelling performance test results
5. Clean the meter for next use

• Spreader Coating should be uniform
• Clean the instrument in time after the test to avoid Coating residue
