Principle
This equipment adopts electronic constant force speed control line, digital direct display shaft Rotation speed, and equipped with dispersed impeller and sand grinding disc. The disperser head generates swirl/spin tangential high linear speed under the high-speed drive of the motor, and the material produces strong hydraulic shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects under the action of huge centrifugal force, so that the fluid material can withstand thousands of shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects per minute, so as to achieve the effect of efficient mixing, dispersion and homogenization.

Steps
1. Install dispersion head or sand disc
2. Put the material into the stainless steel drum
3. Adjust the position of the dispersion head through the manual lifting bracket
4. Use intelligent motor speed controller to set Rotation speed
5. Start the device for decentralized mixing operation
6. Clean the equipment after completion
