Overview
The YH1100 Haze Meter (Basic) is a professional test instrument with PD array detectors, which can easily implement ASTM D1003 non-compensated, full light transmitance and haze testing. Its open sample compartment supports vertical and horizontal testing, adapts to a variety of tested samples, and meets the CIE V (lambda) 2 degree Visual Response, compensated measurement to ensure High Accuracy and repeability of light transmitance and haze data.

Principle
YH1100 haze meter uses transmission illumination mode 0/D (parallel light illumination, diffuse reflection reception), using 400~ 700nm combination LED Illuminant and PD array detector to meet CIE V (lambda) 2 degree visual Response. High Accuracy and repeatability light transmitance and haze data are achieved through compensation method measurement, dynamic monitoring of Illuminant and environment changes to ensure test Reliability.

Steps
1. Instrument preheating correction
2. Select the vertical or horizontal Test method to place the sample
3. Measurement parameters set by Touchscreen
4. Start the measurement and complete the test in about 1.5 seconds
5. Check the pass/fail results
6. Output data through USB interface or connect to quality management software
