Overview
The YH1100 fog meter (basic type) can easily implement ASTM D1003 non-compensated, full light transmitance and haze testing, and the open sample compartment supports vertical and horizontal testing to accommodate more samples under test. The instrument uses PD array detectors to meet the CIE V (lambda) 2 degree visual Response, and the compensation method measurement can achieve High Accuracy and repeability of light transmitance and haze data measurement.
Features
1. Dual standard ISO & ASTM to meet the testing standards of different users
2. Easy to operate, faster and more accurate measurement, equipped with large size touch screen, simple and convenient operation, using PD array detector to achieve High Accuracy and repeatability Transmittance and haze measurement, equipped with USB data output device can be connected with laboratory system
3. Dynamic measurement, Illuminant detectors and temperature sensors monitor Illuminant and environment changes at all times to ensure reliable test data
4. Easy measurement, wide sample adaptation, open measurement area can be vertical, horizontal test, adapt to more tested samples
5. Quality management software, providing powerful haze and light transmitance measurement and analysis software, suitable for quality monitoring and haze and light transmitance data tabular management in various industries, supporting PC-side data comparison and test report generation
Principle
The YH1100 haze meter adopts transmission illumination mode 0/D (parallel light illumination, diffuse reflection reception), uses 400~ 700nm combination LED Illuminant and PD array detector to meet the CIE V (lambda) 2 degree visual Response, and realizes the accurate measurement of light transmitter and haze through integrating sphere and Optical inspection system.
Applications
Glass Processing, Plastic Processing, Film, Display Processing, Encasement Industry, Liquid Liquid Analysis
Standards
