Overview
The YH1210 horizontal fog meter is a professional measuring instrument with PD array detector, which meets the CIE V (lambda) 2 degree visual Response. It can easily implement ASTM D1003 non-compensation method and ISO 13468 compensation method to complete full light transmitter and haze test. Its open sample compartment supports vertical and horizontal testing, adapting to a variety of tested samples, ensuring High Accuracy and repeatability of data measurement.
Features
1. Dual standard ISO & ASTM to meet the testing standards of different users
2. Easy to operate, equipped with large-size touch operation screen, faster and more accurate measurement, USB data output can be connected with the laboratory system
3. Dynamic measurement, Illuminant detectors and temperature sensors monitor Illuminant and environment changes to ensure reliable data
4. With compensation port, support ASTM D1003 non-compensation method and ISO 13468 compensation method to provide more accurate test results
5. easy measurement, open measurement area can be vertical, horizontal test, adapt to more tested samples
6. Quality management software, provide strong haze, light transmitance measurement and analysis software, support data tabular management and test report generation
Principle
The YH1210 hazy meter adopts transmission illumination mode 0/D (parallel light illumination, diffuse reflection reception), using 400~ 700nm combined LED Illuminant and PD array detector to meet the CIE V (lambda) 2 degree visual Response. High Accuracy light transmitter and hazy data collection are achieved through compensation and non-compensation measurement, and Illuminant and environment changes are dynamically monitored to ensure Reliability.
Applications
Glass Processing, Plastic Processing, Film, Display Processing, Encasement
Standards
ASTM D1003/1044、ISO 13468、ISO 14782、GB/T 2410、JJF 1303-2011、CIE 15.2、GB/T 3978、ASTM E308、JIS K7105、JIS K7361、JIS K 7136
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument and warm up for correction
2. Place the sample in an open measurement area, either upright or horizontal
3. Measurement parameters set by Touchscreen, select standard (such as ASTM or ISO)
4. Activate measurement, acquire light transmitance and haze data after about 1.5 seconds
5. Use the USB interface to output data or connect to quality management software for further analysis
Notice
• The instrument should be used within the operating Temperature range of 0~ 40 ℃
• Ensure instrument preheating calibration is completed before measurement
• Sample thickness should be less than 105mm
• Regularly check the life of the Illuminant to avoid overdue use
• Keep the temperature within the range of -20~ 50 ° C during storage
• Use DC 24V, 3A Power Adapter to ensure voltage stability
