JINGTIAN RVDV-1 + SSA digital display Rotational Viscometer is a precision measuring instrument with a range of 80 to 40,000,000 mPa · s. Its LCD screen can display rich information such as viscosity, shear rate, shear stress, speed, temperature, percentimeter torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current speed. It meets the requirements of pharmacopoeia viscosity testing and can measure the viscosity of samples such as xanthan gum.
1. Equipped with a small number of sample adapters, including one rotor of No. 21, 27, 28, and 29 each. 2. Sample requirements are small, requiring only 10 to 20 milliliters, making it particularly suitable for testing valuable samples. 3. Thermostatic bath with external circulation function can be connected to precisely control the temperature of the tested sample. 4. Reasonable structural design, easy disassembly and cleaning. 5. Adopt continuously variable speed to adjust Rotor speed, range 0.1~ 99.9rpm. 6. The LCD screen has comprehensive information and intuitively displays a number of key measurement parameters.
The Viscometer works on the principle of swirl/spin viscosity measurement. The motor drives the selected rotor to swirl/spin at a set constant speed in the sample. Tack resistance to the rotor in the fluid generates torque. The instrument measures this torque value and combines parameters such as rotor specification and speed to calculate the viscosity value of the sample internally. Connecting a Thermostatic bath ensures that the test is carried out under thermostatic conditions, improving the accuracy of the results.
Pharmacopoeia compliant viscosity testing, xanthan gum and other sample viscosity measurement
Meets pharmacopoeia viscosity test standards
1. According to the estimated viscosity and sample volume of the sample, select the appropriate rotor (such as No. 21, 27, 28, 29 rotors in a small number of sample adapters). 2. Install the rotor onto the Viscometer mainframe. 3. Take 10 to 20 mL of sample in the adapter or sample cup. 4. If you need to control the temperature, connect and open the external circulation Thermostatic bath and set the required temperature. 5. Set the required speed (0.1 to 99.9 rpm) through the instrument panel. 6. Start the measurement, after the reading is stable, read the viscosity and other measurement results from the LCD screen. 7. After the measurement is completed, remove the rotor and clean it.
• Please use a dedicated power adapter (input 100~ 240V, 50~ 60Hz) to power the instrument. • Make sure the rotor is properly installed and fastened before measurement. When using a small amount of sample adapters, ensure that the sample volume is within the range of 10 to 20 milliliters. • Be careful when cleaning the rotor and adapter to avoid damage. The instrument should be placed on a stable workbench for operation. • Do not make measurements beyond the instrument range (80 to 40,000,000 mPa · s) or rotor specifications.
[A] No, it isn't. This is the ex-factory price of the product in the Chinese Mainland. In addition to this price, buyers from different countries need to account for additional costs such as shipping fees, tariffs, and others. For specific regional quotes, please consult our customer service or fill out a quotation form.
