Shanghai JINGTIAN LVDV-2 digital display Rotational Viscometer is a wide range of precision measuring instrument, its LCD screen can display parameters such as viscosity, shear rate, shear stress, speed, temperature, percentimeter torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current speed. Principle
The digital display Rotational Viscometer works based on the principle of swirl/spin method. The instrument drives the selected number of rotors to swirl/spin in the sample at a set speed. Tack resistance to the rotor in the fluid generates torque. By accurately measuring this torque value, combined with rotor specifications, speed and other parameters, the instrument calculates and directly displays the rheological data such as sample viscosity, shear stress, shear rate and so on.

Steps
1. According to the estimated viscosity of the sample, choose the appropriate rotor (such as L1-L4 or No. 21, 27, 28, 29).
2. Install the selected rotor.
3. Pour 10 to 20 mL of sample into an adapter container.
4. For precise temperature control, connect the external circulation Thermostatic bath.
5. Set the required speed through the instrument (stepless speed regulation within the range of 0.1 to 200rpm).
6. Start the measurement, the instrument LCD screen will display the viscosity and related parameters in real time.
7. After the measurement is completed, remove the rotor and adapter for cleaning.
Notice
Please use a dedicated power adapter (input 100~ 240V, 50~ 60Hz).
* Choose the rotor and speed combination reasonably according to the sample viscosity to ensure that the measurement value is within the range of the instrument.
When using a small amount of sample adapters, ensure that the sample volume is within the range of 10 to 20 milliliters.
* Make sure the rotor is firmly installed and there are no bubbles in the sample before measurement.
When cleaning the rotor and adapter, be careful to avoid damage.
* For measurements requiring temperature control, be sure to connect the Thermostatic bath and reach the set temperature before starting the test.
