Overview
The TENLIN HX-3010 cryogenic thermostatic circulator is a precision temperature-controlled device with a Tank volume of 10L with a Temperature range of -30 ° C to 100 ° C. The device is cooled by an Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor and is equipped with an internal and external circulation system to provide a stable and uniform low temperature thermostatic environment for a variety of experimental and production processes that require precise temperature control.

Principle
The equipment reduces the temperature of the medium in the Tank through the Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system monitors the temperature in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor and precisely adjusts the refrigeration power using the P.I.D algorithm to achieve the set target temperature. The circulating pump drives the medium to flow within the system (domestic circulation) or with external equipment (external circulation) to ensure the uniformity and Stability of the temperature field.

Steps
1. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium into the Tank.
2. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
3. Set the required target temperature and temperature alarm upper and lower limits through the control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode.
5. Start the equipment, start cooling/heating and cycling.
6. Once the equipment reaches the set temperature and is stable, it can be used for experimentation or production.
7. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and maintain it properly.
Notice
• Please ensure that the liquid level in the Tank is within a safe range before use.
• Do not cover the ventilating port when the device is running to ensure good heat dissipation.
When setting the alarm temperature, it is necessary to set the upper and lower limits reasonably to give full play to the protection function.
• When making external circulation connections, make sure that the pipeline connections are firm and leak-free.
Equipment should be placed in a stable, well-ventilated environment.
• Regularly check and clean the equipment, especially the condenser part.
• If there is an abnormal situation such as over-temperature alarm, please check the cause first and do not use it forcibly.
