TBJ-X4-DJ1 Automatic Film Applicator is a small experimental Lab Film Applicator with imported accessories and low price, which is favored by multinational R & D institutions, universities and scientific research institutions at home and abroad. By controlling the speed and stable pressure, the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader's gluing are guaranteed, the problem of artificial film inconsistency is solved, and the film reproducibility is improved. One China and one imported bar are standard.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator controls the speed of the Spreader and the pressure applied to the Film Applicator to achieve accurate Spreader wet-film on different substrates. Vacuum chuck is used to fix the substrate, and Touchscreen controls the operation to ensure the Stability and conformity of the Spreader process.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the Vacuum chuck baseplate; 2. Select the appropriate bar and install it; 3. Set the Spreader speed, Travel and other parameters through the Touchscreen; 4. Start the device for automatic Spreader; 5. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader.
