Overview
The Defelsko RTR H1 Surface Roughometer, model Standard RTRH1-E, is a standard model of the RTR H series. It uses a Testex Press-O-Film replica tape to measure and record the surface roughness profile.
Features
1. Automatically subtract all readings from the 50.8 micron (2 mils) substrate
2. Minimize inspector workload by reducing the number of copies required to ensure accuracy
3. The reset function can immediately restore the factory settings.
4. Accuracy of measurement is higher than that of spring measurement
5. Durable, the shell has a good Protection Rating, can prevent solvents, acids, oil, water and dust, and has a shock protection rubber shell
6. Get more accurate peak and valley height (asperity value) measurement
7. Certificate of calibrated traceable to PTB
8. The PosiTector host is compatible with Miscellaneous PosiTector series Probes, such as RTR, SPG, 6000, 200, DPM, UTG
9. Inverted display can be set
10. Available in multiple languages
11. Mil/micron conversion
12. Continuous display of Average, Standard Deviation, Min/Max Height and Readings
Principle
The instrument uses Testex Press-O-Film replica tape for measurement of recorded surface roughness profiles, and High Accuracy measurements are achieved through a digital display spring Micrometer structure.
Applications
Surface roughness measurement
Standards
ASTM D4417、NACE RP0287、SSPC PA 17、SSPC-SP5、SSPC-SP6、SSPC-SP10、SSPC-SP11-87T、AS 3894.5、ISO 8503-5
Steps
1. Use Testex Press-O-Film copy tape for surface roughness profile recording
2. Automatically subtract the substrate value by the instrument and obtain the measurement reading
3. Set display language and unit conversion as required
4. View Continuous Average, Standard Deviation, Min/Max Height and Readings
Notice
Make sure the copy tape is used correctly for accurate measurements
• Regularly check whether the protective casing of the instrument is in good condition
• Adhere to relevant standards for calibrating and maintenance
• Pay attention to anvil diameter and pressure parameters to ensure Measurement accuracy
