Overview
The HONGKE ZHP-160 (room temperature) thermostatic shaking incubator is a 160L laboratory device designed for biochemical experiments that require precise control of temperature and Oscillation Frequency. It is suitable for a variety of scenarios including bacterial fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemical reactions, and enzyme and tissue research.
Features

Principle
The device precisely sets and maintains the required foster temperature and Oscillation Frequency through a microcomputer controller. Its independent Shaker Control system drives the tray to oscillate back and forth, and the acceleration control circuit ensures the smooth operation of the process and provides a uniform and constant foster environment for the sample.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
2. Connect the 220V 50Hz power supply.
3. Set the required temperature (room temperature RT + 5~ 65 ℃), Oscillation Frequency (start~ 300rpm) and timing time (1~ 9999 minutes) through the microcomputer controller.
4. Place the sample (load no more than 5kg) evenly on the tray.
5. Start the device, and the Shaker will smoothly accelerate to the set Frequency.
6. After the experiment, the device can be automatically stopped or manually shut down according to the setting.
Notice
• Please ensure that the Ambient Temperature is between 10 and 30 ℃.
• The maximum load of the equipment is 5kg, please do not overload it.
• When cleaning the liner, take advantage of its stainless steel material and semi-circular arc corners.
• Please set the high and low temperature protection temperature according to the experimental requirements before use.
Equipment can work continuously, but it is necessary to ensure stable power supply.
