Overview
The HONGKE ZHP-160 (Full Temperature) thermostatic shaking incubator is a 160L laboratory device that integrates thermostatic and oscillation functions. It is microcomputer controlled and is suitable for various biological and chemical experiments with high requirements on temperature and Oscillation Frequency.

Principle
The device precisely sets and maintains the required temperature and Oscillation Frequency in the box through a microcomputer controller. The independent Shaker Control system drives the tray to oscillate back and forth, and its acceleration control circuit ensures the smooth operation of the process and provides a stable and uniform foster environment for the sample.

Bacterial fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemical reactions, enzymes and tissue studies
Steps
1. Place the equipment in a stable and well-ventilated environment. Ambient Temperature is recommended to be 10~ 30 ° C.
2. Connect the 220V 50Hz power supply.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature (range 5~ 50 ° C), Oscillation Frequency (start~ 300rpm) and timing time (1~ 9999 minutes) through the microcomputer controller.
4. Place the sample (total load not exceeding 5kg) evenly on the tray (size 340x400mm).
5. Start the device, the device will smoothly accelerate to the set Frequency and maintain the set temperature operation.
6. After the operation, the equipment is stopped and the sample is taken out.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a stable, well-ventilated position, Ambient Temperature should be between 10~ 30 ℃.
• The total sample load should not exceed 5kg and should be evenly placed.
• Do not open the door frequently when the device is running, so as not to affect the Temperature uniformity and Stability.
• When cleaning the liner, wipe the stainless steel surface with a soft cloth.
• Set high or low temperature protection values to enhance the safety of equipment operation.
Equipment can work continuously, but please pay attention when running for a long time.
• Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the equipment.
