Overview
HUXI LCD Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts LCD display screen and self-locking chuck design. The product is capable of high load and long-term continuous work, and has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety. It is mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a brushless DC motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to achieve mixing of medium and high viscosity liquids. With stepless speed regulation, the torque can be automatically adjusted according to the viscosity of the sample to ensure the mixing effect. In the event of overload, short circuit or abnormal situation, the system will automatically cut off the circuit and alarm to ensure the safety of the experiment.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller and install it into the self-locking chuck
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod
3. Rotation speed and Working time set by LCD screen
4. Start Stirrer for mixing operations
5. Turn off the power after the experiment is completed
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be within 5~ 40 ℃
• relative humidity should not exceed 80%
• Power supply voltage must be within the range of 100-240VAC
• Note that the clamping diameter range of Impeller is 0.5~ 10mm
• Maximum viscosity should not exceed 50000mPa · s
• Stop using it immediately when there is a fault display
• Pay attention to whether the safety protection device is in good condition when using it
