Overview
HUXI LCD overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. Models include RWD100/20030087/20030012. The product adopts self-locking chuck and self-developed Cube lifting fixing clip, which can be competent for high load and super long time continuous work. It has automatic protection function of overload and abnormal situation to ensure laboratory safety. Mainly used for mixing solid-liquid, liquid-liquid or medium and high viscosity samples. It is used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The LCD top-mounted Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin through a DC brushless motor to realize the mixing of medium and high viscosity liquids. With stepless speed regulation, the torque can be automatically adjusted according to the change of sample viscosity to ensure the mixing effect. In the event of overload, short circuit or abnormal situation, the system automatically cuts off the circuit and alarms to ensure the safety of the experiment.

Steps
1. Select the Right Impeller and Install
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod
3. Rotation speed and time parameters
4. Start Stirrer to mix
5. Monitor operating status and fine-tune parameters if necessary

• Only for Permissible Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity below 80%
• Power supply voltage within 100-240VAC range before use
• Pay attention to the use of chuck protective cover and non-slip pad
• Avoid overload operation and deal with faults in time when they appear
• Select the appropriate Impeller type based on sample viscosity
