Overview
HUXI LCD top-mounted Stirrer (model RWD100/20030036/20030012) is a high-end laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product adopts self-locking chuck and self-developed Cube lifting and fixing clip, which can handle high load and long-term continuous work. It has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety. It is mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The LCD top-mounted Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin through a DC brushless motor to achieve mixing of medium and high viscosity liquids. With stepless speed regulation, the torque can be automatically adjusted according to the viscosity of the sample to ensure stable operation under different viscosity conditions. In the event of overload, short circuit or abnormal situation, the system will automatically cut off the circuit and alarm to ensure the safety of the experiment.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller and install it into the self-locking chuck
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod without adjusting the installation height of the instrument
3. Rotation speed and Working time set by LCD screen
4. Start the equipment and start the mixing operation
5. Working time can be fine-tuned as needed during the working process
6. Turn off the device after the experiment is completed

• Power supply voltage within 100-240VAC range before use
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained between 5-40 ℃
• relative humidity should not exceed 80%
