Overview
HZAOC GDJW-225A low/high temperature test Chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test for electronic components. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-Glass fine thermal insulation cotton.

Principle
The test Chamber achieves temperature control through the heating system and the refrigeration system. The heating system adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heating device, which is controlled by the instrument outputting a controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal and controlled by a solid-state relay; the refrigeration system adopts a French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit with imported brand refrigeration components. The temperature sensor is placed in a trend, and the Control system precisely adjusts the temperature in the box according to the set parameters. The air supply method is the upper air supply and the lower air return to ensure Temperature uniformity.

Steps
1. Connect AC380V +/- 10% three-phase five-wire power supply
2. Provision of deionized water or purified water as a source of water
3. Set Temperature Parameters and Timer Range through Operation Panel
4. Start the equipment for testing
5. Monitor the test process through the observation window
6. Power off the device after the test

• Equipment Ambient Temperature should be kept at 5~ 28 ℃
• Environmental humidity not exceeding 85% R.H.
• Must use deionized water or purified water as a source of water
• When the circulating fan is not started or overloaded, the refrigeration unit and heating system cannot be started
• Regularly check whether the Safety protection system is working properly
• Pay attention to the status of each indicator light when the equipment is running
