Overview
HZAOC GDJW-150D low/high temperature test Chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test. Stress screening test can also be carried out on electronic components.

1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton

5. The heating device adopts porcelain frame nickel-chromium wire electric heating device, which has small thermal inertness and long service life
6. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, using R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant
7. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller, accurate and stable control, long-term operation does not drift
8. Safety protection system, including phase loss protection, over-temperature protection, unit overload protection, etc
Principle
The test Chamber achieves temperature control through evaporators, electric heaters, humidifiers, fans and other equipment in the air conditioning cabinet. The heating system adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heating device, which is controlled by a solid-state relay; the refrigeration system adopts a French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, with imported refrigeration components. The temperature sensor is placed in a trend, and the air is circulated in the way of upper air supply and lower air return to ensure uniform and stable temperature.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements of 380V +/- 10%
2. Check the water source and ensure that deionized water or purified water is used
3. Set the required temperature parameters and timing time through the operation panel
4. Start the circulating fan and confirm normal operation
5. Start the heating or cooling system for testing
6. Monitor the test process through the observation window
7. After the test, shut down the systems in sequence
Notice
• Equipment Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 5~ 28 ℃, Humidity ≤ 85% R.H
• The power supply must meet the requirements of AC380 (+/- 10%) V/50HZ three-phase five-wire system
• Must use deionized water or purified water as a source of water
• When the circulating fan is not started or overloaded, the refrigeration unit and heating system cannot be started
• Pay attention to observe the operation of the high voltage meter monitoring system
• When over-temperature, overload and other protective actions occur, the cause of the failure should be checked in time
• Regularly check the status of sealing materials and heaters
