Overview
The new high-speed Shaker WSZ-15A has the unique performance of strong bearing capacity and high Rotation speed, providing satisfactory performance and long-term reliable operation. It is widely used in the fields of bacterial fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemical reaction and enzyme and tissue research with high requirements of Oscillation Frequency.

Principle
The gyratory Shaker precisely sets the Oscillation Frequency and Time through the microcomputer controller to drive the brushless DC motor to generate constant torque and achieve smooth reciprocating oscillation motion. The built-in protection mechanism automatically stops when the load is too large or the oscillation is severe to ensure safe operation.

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage is within the range of 100-240VAC 50/60Hz.
2. Select and install the cradle or fixture as required, such as the standard flask fixing clip.
3. Set the Oscillation Frequency (40~ 500rpm) and Time (0~ 99h59min) through the large LCD screen.
4. Start the instrument, observe the running state, and adjust the starting torque of the motor if necessary.
5. After the operation is completed, the instrument automatically stops or is manually shut down.
Notice
• Ensure that the oscillation bearing weight does not exceed 2Kg (including the fixture).
• Avoid overloading and causing the instrument to fail to operate, and adjust the starting torque in time.
• When the oscillation is too severe, the instrument will automatically stop, and the load settings need to be checked.
• Power supply voltage matching before use to prevent electrical damage.
• Regularly check the fixation of the cradle and fixture to ensure safety.
• When selecting multi-stage programming function, follow the instructions.
