Overview
YIHENG WSZ-35A Cyclotron Shaker is a high-speed oscillator with high bearing capacity and high Rotation speed performance, providing satisfactory performance and long-term reliable operation. It is widely used in the fields of bacterial fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemical reactions, and enzyme and tissue research with high requirements for Oscillation Frequency.
Features

6. Standard flask fixing clip, made of good stainless steel, easy to disassemble and fix, can place various flasks (optional multi-functional spring clip or tray).
Principle
The rotary Shaker is driven by a microcomputer-controlled brushless DC motor to achieve wide speed regulation and constant torque output, and performs rotary oscillation with a swing amplitude of 5mm. The user can adjust the starting torque, and the instrument automatically stops when the oscillation is too severe to ensure smooth operation.

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage is within the range of 100-240VAC 50/60Hz.
2. Use the LCD controller to set the Oscillation Frequency (40~ 500rpm) and Timer Range (0~ 99h59min).
3. Select and install the cradle or fixture as required, such as the standard flask fixing clip.
4. Place the sample to ensure that the shock bearing weight does not exceed 10Kg (including the fixture).
5. Start the instrument and monitor the running status; if you need multi-stage programming, you can make corresponding settings (optional).
6. After running, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets specifications (100-240VAC 50/60Hz) to avoid overload.
• Oscillation bearing weight shall not exceed 10Kg (including fixture) to prevent damage to the instrument.
• When the oscillation is too intense, the instrument will automatically stop, and the load needs to be checked and the settings adjusted.
• When replacing the cradle or fixture, follow the operating instructions to ensure that the installation is firm.
• Regular maintenance of brushless DC motors to maintain maintenance-free performance.
