Overview

Principle
The gyratory Shaker precisely sets the Oscillation Frequency and Time through the microcomputer controller, drives the brushless DC motor to generate a constant torque swirl/spin motion, drives the tray and fixture to perform gyratory oscillation, and meets the high requirements for Oscillation Frequency in the experiment to ensure the stability of biochemical reactions and other processes.

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage is within the range of 100-240VAC 50/60Hz.
2. Turn on the device and set the Oscillation Frequency (40~ 500rpm) and Time (0~ 99h59min) through the large screen LCD screen and menu Operating interface.
3. Select and install the standard flask fixing clip or optional accessories as needed to place the experimental container.
4. Start the Shaker, monitor the running status, and adjust the starting torque of the motor if necessary.
5. After the operation is completed, the device automatically stops or shuts down manually.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements (100-240VAC 50/60Hz) to avoid overload.
• Oscillation bearing weight does not exceed 4Kg (including fixture) to prevent damage to the instrument due to excessive load.
• When the oscillation is too intense, the instrument will automatically stop running, and the load and settings need to be checked.
• When replacing the cradle and fixture, follow the simple operation process to ensure that the installation is firm.
• Maintain brushless DC motors regularly to maintain maintenance-free characteristics and prolong equipment life.
