The LANDTEK TM8812C Precision Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge is a practical split precision Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge with high-performance, low-power microprocessor technology with a resolution of 0.01mm and a Measurement range of 1.2 to 200mm. The instrument can be used for thickness measurement of various pipes and Pressure Vessels in production equipment, as well as for accurate measurement of various plates and machined parts.

Principle
The Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge thickness measurement using the principle of ultrasonic waves propagating in the material, the thickness value is calculated by measuring the time of ultrasonic waves propagating back and forth in the material.

Steps
1. Connect Sensor and Host
2. Apply coupling agent to the measurement surface
3. Measuring location of Sensor
4. Read the thickness value on the display
5. Save or transfer data as needed
