Principle
The PH Electrode uses pre-pressurization technology to pre-fill the pressure inside the Electrode to stabilize the exudation of the reference electrolysis solution in the viscous sample and prevent the reverse penetration of the sample. For dairy products, Protelyte oily electrolysis solution is used to avoid blocking the liquid network part with protein reaction to ensure accurate and reliable PH measurement.

Steps
1. Connect Electrode to pH meter, make sure the interface matches.
2. Electrode calibrated using standard buffer.
3. Immerse the Electrode in the sample to ensure complete contact of the fluid complex.
4. Record the PH value after waiting for the reading to stabilize.
5. Clean the Electrode after use to prevent the residue from clogging.
