FANGZHOU FZ-853-S PH Electrode is a PH measurement Electrode designed for viscous and dairy samples. It uses a pre-pressurized reference system and Protelyte reference electrolysis solution to effectively solve the problem of blockage in the fluid network, ensuring Stability and Repeatability in viscous and protein-containing samples.

Principle
The pre-pressurized reference system ensures the slow exudation of the electrolysis liquid from the liquid network part by pre-filling the pressure inside the Electrode to avoid the blockage of the viscous sample and the reverse infiltration of the sample under high temperature and high voltage. Protelyte oily electrolysis liquid does not react with protein, prevents settling and blockage of the liquid network part, and ensures the stability of the test.
