Overview
FANGZHOU FZ-821 PH Electrode is a professional electrode designed to solve the problem of pH measurement for viscous and dairy samples. It uses a pre-pressurized reference system and Protelyte reference electrolysis solution to effectively prevent clogging of the fluid network and ensure stable and accurate pH measurement in viscous and protein-containing samples.
Features
1. Pre-pressurized reference system to ensure stable electrolysis exudation in viscous samples
2. Use Protelyte oily electrolysis solution to avoid settling with protein reaction
3. Triple ceramic core liquid network part design, stronger anti-clogging performance
4. Silver Ion Trap Reference System for Improved Measurement Stability
5. Lead-free Glass shell material, safe and environmentally friendly
6. Wide pH Measurement range 0-14pH, wide applicability
Principle
Electrode uses pre-pressurization technology to pre-fill a certain pressure inside Electrode to ensure that the electrolysis liquid can be slowly exudated from the liquid network part even in a viscous solution, and at the same time prevent the sample solution from infiltrating into Electrode in reverse. For dairy product measurement, Protelyte oily electrolysis solution is used instead of the traditional KCI solution to avoid settling in reaction with the protein in the sample. With the design of the triple ceramic core liquid network part, the blockage problem is effectively solved.
Applications
Viscosity sample measurement: Cosmetics Creams, emulsions, hair dyes, food jams, creams, chemical Coatings, glues, paints, Resin, dairy products measurement: dairy products and foods containing protein
Standards
Lead Free Glass
Steps
1. Connect Electrode to pH meter BNC-RCA interface
2. Electrode calibrating
3. Electrode immersion in the sample to be tested
4. Record the PH value after waiting for the reading to stabilize
5. Electrode cleaning after measurement
Notice
• Avoid Violent Impact or Drop of Electrode
• Clean Electrode in time after use to prevent sample residue
• Regularly check the electrolysis fluid and replenish it if necessary
• Keep Electrode Head Moist During Storage
• Avoid use in environments beyond the Temperature range (-5~ 100 ℃)
