Overview
The TS8450 is a portable Benchtop Colorimeter with a 45/0 Optical inspection structure. It uses a 256-pixel dual-array CMOS image sensor and an imported whiteboard, taking into account Measurement speed and ease of operation. Instrument Repeatability Delta E * ab is controlled within 0.02, Inter-instrument Agreement Delta E * ab is controlled within 0.15, accurate measurement, suitable for laboratory Color accurate analysis and transmission, especially for traffic signs, markings, reflective film luminance factor and chromaticity coordinate measurement.

Principle
The TS8450 uses 45/0 Optical inspection, i.e. 45 ring uniform illumination and 0 ° reception, to capture Light spectrum data through planar grating spectroscopy and 256 pixel dual-array CMOS image sensor. The instrument measures sample reflection and transmission Light spectrum, calculates Color parameters such as Lab values, and uses temperature compensation technology to ensure accuracy.

Steps
1. Preheating calibration instrument.
2. Select Measurement mode (single or average measurement).
3. Align the sample with a measurement diameter (φ 8mm/φ 10mm).
4. Set parameters and observation conditions through Touchscreen.
5. Trigger the measurement and read the result.
6. Save or transfer data.
Notice
• Operating Ambient Temperature should be 0~ 40 ℃, Humidity 0~ 85% RH (no condensation).
• Storage Ambient Temperature should be -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 0~ 85% RH (no condensation).
The altitude should be less than 2000m.
• Ensure that the instrument is used after preheating correction to improve Repeatability.
• Avoid handling or storage under condensation conditions.
