YONGLIDA QHQ-A Portable Pencil hardness tester is a manual Portable instrument for measuring film Hardness, mainly used to determine film Hardness index. The instrument is suitable for laboratory and construction site, and can inspect film Hardness in any direction, in line with GB/T6739 standard.

Principle
The QHQ-A Portable Pencil hardness tester makes the pencil lead contact with the tested surface through a specific load (500g) and a 45 ° test angle, and measures the film Hardness index by three-point contact (roller, pencil lead).

Steps
1. Choose the appropriate type of hardness gauge
2. Place the hardness gauge on the tested surface
3. Maintain a 45 ° test angle
4. Apply the specified load
5. Move the hardness gauge in any direction for testing
6. Observe and record test results
