Principle

Following the principle of Mayer Rod film, a wide and shallow cavity structure is formed by wrapping smaller wires at spacing. For high viscosity fluids, this design reduces clogging and eliminates scratches. Smaller wires create smaller interruptions in the coating flow, allowing the coating to wetting more completely for a uniform flow of thick coatings.
