Overview
The COMBESTAIR BW1101 air Compressor is an oil-free piston Compressor with an exhaust pressure of 8Bar (0.8MPa) and a displacement of 250L/min at 0MPa and 110L/min at 0.7MPa. Equipped with a 50L gas tank, the noise value is as low as 62dB (A), the Dimension is 420 * 420 * 850mm, the weight is 45Kg, and the Power is 1.2KW. Multiple power options are available, including 220-230V/50/60Hz, 100-120V/50/60Hz, and 380-440V/50Hz.
Features
1. Oil-free design to reduce maintenance requirements; 2. Piston compression method, efficient and stable; 3. Exhaust pressure up to 8Bar, high exhaust volume; 4. Air tank volume 50L to ensure continuous air supply; 5. Noise as low as 62dB (A), quiet operation; 6. A variety of power options to meet the needs of different regions; 7. Optional accessories include oil-water separator, automatic drain and anti-rust treatment inside the gas tank.
Principle
When the motor is running, the air enters the Compressor cylinder through the air inlet muffler Filter. After the Compressor compresses the air, the compressed gas opens the check valve through the airflow pipe to enter the air storage tank, and the pressure gauge pointer rises to 8Bar. When the pressure is greater than 8Bar, the pressure switch automatically closes after sensing the pressure, and the motor stops working. At the same time, the solenoid valve quickly drains the air pressure in the Compressor cylinder to 0. The pressure in the air storage tank is maintained at 8Bar, and the gas is vented through the pneumatic valve to drive the device to work. When the air pressure drops to 5Bar (or optional 6Bar), the pressure switch automatically turns on, the motor reruns, and the Compressor resumes work.
Applications
Industrial manufacturing, pneumatic tool drives, laboratory equipment, automation control, lame plating operations
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage matches; 2. Turn on the power switch to start the motor; 3. Air enters the Compressor through the air inlet Filter; 4. Compressor the air and enter the air storage tank; 5. Automatic stop when the pressure reaches 8Bar; 6. Use pneumatic equipment, automatically restart when the air pressure drops to 5Bar (or 6Bar); 7. Regularly discharge the sewage in the air storage tank through the sewage ball valve (to ensure that there is no pressure).
Notice
• Ensure that there is no pressure in the gas tank when draining; • Regularly replace the air inlet Filter, it is recommended every six months; • The safety valve automatically exhausts when the pressure exceeds 8.8 Bar, and needs to be checked regularly; • Confirm that the Power supply type matches before use; • Avoid using in a humid or dusty environment; • Regularly check whether the pressure switch and solenoid valve function are normal.
