Overview
The COMBESTAIR BW501 air Compressor is an oil-free piston Compressor with an exhaust pressure of 8Bar (0.8MPa) and a displacement of 120L/min at 0MPa and 45L/min at 0.7MPa. Equipped with a 25L gas tank, the noise value is 54dB (A), the Dimension is 400 * 400 * 650mm, and the weight is 31Kg. The power supply is optional 220-230V/50/60Hz, 100-120V/50/60Hz or 380-440V/50Hz.
Features
1. Oil-free design to avoid oil pollution.
2. Piston compression method, efficient and reliable.
3. Stable exhaust pressure, up to 8 bar.
4. Low noise operation, only 54dB (A).
5. Optional accessories include oil-water separator, automatic drain and internal anti-rust treatment of gas storage tank.
6. Multi-voltage power supply adaptation to meet the needs of different regions.
Principle
When the motor is running, the air enters the Compressor cylinder through the air inlet muffler Filter. After the Compressor compresses the air, the compressed gas opens the check valve through the airflow pipe to enter the air storage tank, and the pressure gauge pointer rises to 8Bar. When the pressure is greater than 8Bar, the pressure switch automatically closes after sensing the pressure, and the motor stops working. At the same time, the solenoid valve quickly drains the air pressure in the Compressor cylinder to 0. The pressure in the air storage tank is maintained at 8Bar, and the gas is vented through the pneumatic valve to drive the connected equipment to work. When the air pressure in the air storage tank drops to 5Bar (or optional 6Bar), the pressure switch automatically turns on, the motor runs, and the Compressor starts working again.
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltages match.
2. Open the air inlet Filter and check if it is clean.
3. Start the motor and the Compressor starts to work.
4. Observe the pressure gauge, when the pressure reaches 8Bar, the Compressor automatically stops.
5. Use compressed air to drive the device, and when the pressure drops to 5Bar (or 6Bar), the Compressor automatically restarts.
6. Regularly discharge the sewage in the gas storage tank through the sewage ball valve to ensure operation without pressure.
Notice
• When draining, make sure there is no pressure in the gas tank.
• It is recommended to replace the air inlet Filter every six months.
• The safety valve automatically opens the exhaust pressure when the pressure exceeds 8.8 Bar, and needs to be checked regularly.
• Power supply voltage match with equipment before use.
• Avoid use in dusty environments to prevent damage to the Compressor.
