Overview
COMBESTAIR BW701 is an oil-free piston air Compressor with an exhaust pressure of 8 Bar (0.8MPa) and an exhaust capacity of 175L/min at 0MPa and 55L/min at 0.7MPa. Equipped with a 25L gas tank, the noise value is as low as 55dB (A), Dimension is 400 * 400 * 650mm, weight 32Kg, support for a variety of power supply options.

Principle
When the motor is running, the air enters the Compressor cylinder through the air inlet muffler Filter. After compression, it enters the air reservoir through the check valve. The pressure gauge rises to 8Bar. When the pressure exceeds 8Bar, the pressure switch automatically shuts down the motor, while the solenoid valve drains the air pressure in the cylinder to 0. The pressure in the air reservoir is maintained at 8Bar, and the gas is driven through the pneumatic valve. When the pressure drops to 5Bar (or optional 6Bar), the pressure switch automatically restarts the motor and Compressor.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and start the motor.
2. Filter the air into the Compressor through the intake port.
3. Compressor compressed air and transported to the gas storage tank.
4. Automatic shutdown when the pressure reaches 8 Bar.
5. Use a gas-driven device to automatically restart when the pressure drops to 5 bars (or 6 bars).
Notice
• Make sure there is no pressure in the gas tank when draining.
• The air inlet Filter is recommended to be replaced every six months.
• The safety valve automatically vents and decompresses when the pressure exceeds 8.8 Bar.
• The pressure switch sets the start/stop pressure according to customer requirements.
