Overview
The COMBESTAIR BW503 air Compressor is an oil-free piston Compressor with an exhaust pressure of 8 Bar (0.8MPa) and an exhaust capacity of 360L/min (@0MPa) and 135L/min (@0.7MPa). Equipped with a 100L gas tank with noise values as low as 59dB (A), it is suitable for industrial applications requiring a stable air supply.
Features
1. Oil-free design, reducing maintenance requirements
2. Piston compression method, high efficiency
3. Exhaust pressure 8Bar, displacement 360L/min @0MPa
4. The capacity of the gas storage tank is 100L, ensuring continuous gas supply
5. The noise value is only 59dB (A), and the operation is quiet
6. Optional accessories include oil-water separator, automatic drain, etc
7. Power supply is compatible with 220-230V/50/60Hz, Power 1.74KW
Principle
When the motor is running, the air enters the Compressor cylinder through the air inlet muffler Filter. After the Compressor compresses the air, the compressed gas opens the check valve through the airflow pipe to enter the air storage tank, and the pressure gauge pointer rises to 8Bar. When the pressure is greater than 8Bar, the pressure switch automatically closes after sensing the pressure, and the motor stops working. At the same time, the solenoid valve quickly drains the air pressure in the Compressor cylinder to 0. The pressure in the air storage tank is maintained at 8Bar, and the gas is exhausted through the pneumatic valve to drive the device to work. When the air pressure drops to 5Bar (or optional 6Bar), the pressure switch automatically turns on and the motor runs again.
Applications
Industrial manufacturing, pneumatic tool drives, automation equipment, laboratory equipment, lame plating operations
Standards
No specific criteria are mentioned
Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220-230V/50/60Hz)
2. Turn on the device switch and the motor starts to run
3. Filter the air into the Compressor cylinder through the intake port
4. Compressor compressed air and transported to the tank
5. Automatic stop when the pressure reaches 8 Bar, use the equipment
6. Automatically restart when the air pressure drops to 5Bar (or 6Bar)
Notice
• Regularly replace the air inlet Filter, recommended once every six months
• Make sure there is no pressure in the gas tank when draining
• The safety valve automatically vents when the pressure exceeds 8.8 Bar and needs to be checked regularly
• Avoid operating the drain ball valve at high voltage
• Check whether the Power supply voltage matches before use
