Overview
COMBESTAIR BW1103 is an oil-free piston air Compressor with an exhaust pressure of 8 Bar (0.8MPa) and an exhaust capacity of up to 750L/min (at 0MPa) and 330L/min (at 0.7MPa). Equipped with a 100L gas tank, the noise value is 67dB (A), the Dimension is 1000 * 360 * 590mm, the weight is 108Kg, and the Power is 3.6KW. It is suitable for a variety of industrial application scenarios.
Features
1. Oil-free design, reducing maintenance requirements
2. Piston compression mode provides stable exhaust
3. Exhaust pressure 8Bar, displacement up to 750L/min
4. The capacity of the gas storage tank is 100L, ensuring continuous gas supply
5. Noise value as low as 67dB (A), quiet operation
6. Optional accessories include oil-water separator, automatic drain and gas tank anti-rust treatment
7. Power compatible 220-230V/50/60Hz, adaptability
Principle
After the motor starts, the air enters the Compressor cylinder through the air inlet muffler Filter. After compression, it enters the air storage tank through the airflow pipe and one-way valve. The pressure gauge rises to 8Bar. When the pressure exceeds 8Bar, the pressure switch senses and automatically shuts down the motor, while the solenoid valve drains the air pressure in the cylinder to 0. The pressure in the air storage tank is maintained at 8Bar, and the gas drives the device through the pneumatic valve. When the pressure drops to 5Bar (or optional 6Bar), the pressure switch automatically restarts the motor and the Compressor resumes work.
Applications
Industrial manufacturing, pneumatic tool drives, automation equipment, lame plating operations, cleaning equipment
Standards
No specific criteria are mentioned
Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220-230V/50/60Hz)
2. Ensure Clean Air Inlet Filter
3. Start the motor and the Compressor starts to work
4. The pressure gauge automatically stops when the pressure rises to 8 Bar
5. Use pneumatic equipment to automatically restart when the pressure drops to 5Bar (or 6Bar)
6. Regularly discharge the sewage in the gas storage tank through the sewage ball valve (to ensure operation without pressure)
Notice
Make sure there is no pressure in the gas tank when draining
- Air Intake Filter is recommended to be replaced every six months
- The safety valve automatically opens the exhaust pressure relief when the pressure exceeds 8.8 Bar
- Pressure switch set to 8 Bar stop, 5 Bar (or 6 Bar) start
- Avoid operating the drain ball valve at high voltage
- Regularly check accessories such as Safety Valves and Filters to ensure proper operation
