Overview
The COMBESTAIR BW703 air Compressor is an oil-free piston Compressor with an exhaust pressure of 8Bar (0.8MPa) and an exhaust capacity of 525L/min at 0MPa and 165L/min at 0.7MPa. Equipped with a 100L gas tank with a noise value of 60dB (A) and a Power of 2.34KW, it is suitable for a variety of industrial application scenarios.
Features
1. Oil-free design to avoid oil pollution of compressed air.
2. Piston compression mode provides stable exhaust pressure.
3. Tank volume 100L to ensure continuous and stable pressure and Flow rate.
4. Low-noise operation, with a noise value of only 60dB (A).
5. Optional accessories include oil-water separator, automatic drain and internal anti-rust treatment of gas storage tank.
6. The pressure switch can be set to start/stop pressure according to customer requirements.
Principle
When the motor is running, the air enters the Compressor cylinder through the air inlet muffler Filter. After the Compressor compresses the air, the compressed gas opens the check valve through the airflow pipe to enter the air storage tank, and the pressure gauge pointer rises to 8Bar. When the pressure is greater than 8Bar, the pressure switch automatically closes after sensing the pressure, and the motor stops working. At the same time, the solenoid valve quickly drains the air pressure in the Compressor cylinder to 0. The pressure in the air storage tank is maintained at 8Bar, and the gas is vented through the pneumatic valve to drive the connected equipment to work. When the air pressure in the air storage tank drops to 5Bar (or optional 6Bar), the pressure switch automatically turns on, the motor reruns, and the Compressor starts a new round of work.
Applications
Industrial manufacturing, pneumatic tool drives, automation equipment, lame plating operations, cleaning equipment
Standards
No explicit mention
Steps
Connect the power supply (220-230V/50/60Hz).
2. Open the pneumatic valve and start the equipment.
3. The motor runs, the Compressor starts to work, and the pressure rises to 8Bar and automatically stops.
4. Use compressed air to drive the device and automatically restart when the pressure drops to 5 bar (or 6 bar).
Notice
• Make sure there is no pressure in the gas tank when draining.
• The air inlet Filter is recommended to be replaced every six months.
• The safety valve automatically opens the exhaust pressure when the pressure exceeds 8.8 Bar.
• Regularly check the pressure switch function to prevent malfunction.
• Power supply voltage matching before use.
