Principle
The low/high temperature test chamber realizes temperature control through the refrigeration system and the heating system, simulates the high temperature and low temperature environment in the closed studio, and conducts the reliability test of the product. For example, in the aging test, the equipment promotes the deterioration of the sulfurized rubber, and the performance is evaluated by calculating the tensile force and elongation change rate before and after heating. For example, one day of testing at 70 ° C is equivalent to 6 months of exposure to the atmosphere.

Steps
1. Connect power supply: use 220VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz or 380VAC +/- 10% 50/Hz power supply.
2. Setting parameters: Temperature range, rising and cooling rate, etc. are set by the controller system.
3. Place the sample: Place the product to be tested in the studio.
4. Start-up test: Run the equipment for high and low temperature cycling or constant testing.
5. Monitoring process: Observe the test status through the viewing window and warning system.
6. End the test: After completion, remove the sample and analyze the data.
