KESIONOTS KS-OTS-HD225LB low/high temperature test chamber, also known as environmental test chamber, is suitable for high temperature and low temperature Reliability test of industrial products. The equipment is used for the inspection of various performance indicators of parts and materials of electronic and electrical, automobile and motorcycle, aerospace, ship weapons, colleges and universities, R & D institutions and other related products under high temperature and low temperature (alternating) cycle changes, and supports product design, improvement, identification and inspection, such as aging test.

Principle
The equipment realizes temperature control through the refrigeration system and the heating system, and simulates high temperature and low temperature environmental conditions in a closed working room. The temperature is precisely adjusted by the controller, so that the tested product is tested for Reliability under the set temperature conditions, such as promoting the deterioration of sulfur rubber in the aging test, calculating the tensile force and elongation change rate before and after heating.

Steps
1. Power connection (220VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz or 380VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz)
2. Set the required temperature parameters
3. Place test samples in the studio
4. Start the device to run the test

6. Remove the sample after the test is completed
